Pizza Hut

Usually, I have a great experience when I order Pizza Hut through my local store. I've had some rough experiences with them also. They always make it right in the end. Tonight, was an amazing experience. Thank you.

The rest of these comments are absolutely in line with my experience. Placed a delivery order and didn’t notice the delivery time was 140 minutes. It took many, many calls to reach the store to change my order to carry out. The lady who answered was polite and accommodating. Pickup was about 10 minutes beyond my pickup time. After I got home is when I noticed that one of my pizzas was completely incorrect and none of my requests were followed. I was going to give this location another chance, but Ive been diverted to an off site customer support line to place my order. Might try the Brookside location just because of how many people have stated the same thing. This location needs help. Edit: the Brookside location is just as bad. What a shame. Edit2: I tried it once again only by going to the store in person, placing my order directly with an employee and waiting 25 minutes. In this case, the food was prepared correctly and timely.
