Pizza Hut

Horrible Pizza Hut! The service is terrible and the “General Manager Renee” has no clue what she is doing. This place should close because the restaurant is so outdated and falling apart and the service is so slow. Not worth going to this location!

The manager here is one of the hardest working people I have ever met. She has a work ethic and integrity that is seldom found in people, especially now a days. On May 29th, we showed up 15 minutes before closing with a large group of people. She could have easily told us that it was too late to place any more orders, however she took our orders with a smile on her face and a GREAT attitude. It’s so refreshing when you encounter someone that has true integrity. We ate our pizza in the parking lot so we did not hold her up any longer than necessary and she still went the extra mile to come collect our empty pizza boxes and trash. Pizza Hut should be beyond proud to have a manager like this amazing woman. ???? Had she lived closer I would have offered her a position with my company on the spot.

I believed in crown point for over 18 years and ordered from Pizza Hut numerous numerous times Never have I been treated the way I was treated today on the phone with a young man who answered to take my order I work in customer service Never would an employee speak to someone like that Melissa Moving forward i hope you can find better employees if not you will lose a lot of business People struggle every day there's no need to be rude when they call somewhere where they want something And paying for it
