Pizza Hut

The service was a mess the food matched. The cheese on my stuffed crust was burnt and hard. They need to retrain their employees. They need better customer service skills, I stood and watched 2 employees talk and neither turned around to address me. My food was sitting in the warmer but yet I waited then yelled Hello before I was noticed. I was planning a funeral for my son and am not emotionally together, trash food and service was the last thing I needed.

Every time I order from this location for delivery, they always forget something out of my order. I spend over $50 every time and I should be able to get what I paid for. Then what makes matters worse, you call them to get your issue resolved and guess what….nobody answers. Don’t have a way to get to the store myself, that’s why I did delivery!!! This is my final time ordering from this location. Bad service all across the board!!’

Never been to a pizza hut that didn't have deep dish pizza. I thought it was a staple. Update. This is a top down issue. They merely cutting and pasting responses look below for yourself. "Thanks for reaching out to us. We hate to hear this. This isn't the experience we want for you. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate the feedback and hope to see you again soon." They don't care.
