This is the second time in a month that Pizza Hut in Baker messed up my order. I was asked (with no apology)to wait 15 mins while they made the proper order. So after 30 minutes I asked for the order & the shift manager ask me if I was there to get something in addition. I asked for a refund & then they “find” the pizza. Pizza Hut pizzas are the best so at least I was gonna enjoy the hot fresh pizza......NOT! It was cold and a drove 25 mins home upset. Smh, WHERE IS THE PIZZA HUT QUALITY????
Pizza was Fresh, Hot and Delicious ???? Oh and not to mention the service was excellent and fast
I ordered curbside. I checked in, waited and watched several customers go in, order and leave with pizza for about 30 minutes. In that time, the lobby was sometimes empty. No one brought my pizza to my car. I eventually had to go inside. The manager showed no emphaty. She gave an insincere apology. Not enough for me to return.
