Pizza Hut

This location is definitely strange at times. I've had a almost bad experience but it's usually a good one. The last couple times I've ordered have been good experience. Although I feel like the garlic bread sticks have gone down in quality. *I don't blame the location for this, rather Pizza Hut as a company.

We ordered at 9:15. Pizza did not show up until 10:45pm. Since it took so long to show up, my husband was at the door waiting because we had two hungry kids. The driver would not make eye contact. Basically threw the pizza on our porch while we stood there and then took off which seemed rather rude, even for contactless delivery. Then we get the pizza inside and open it - it looks as if it’s been sitting in someone’s fridge for a few days and they pulled it out and microwaved it before bringing it to us. But on the way, they decided to do some site seeing because the pizza and breadsticks were actually cold to the touch. That was $40 damn dollars, completely wasted on gross, old, cold pizza that took an hour and a half to get. We could’ve gotten better pizza for half the price at Little Caesar’s and will definitely not be ordering from here again.

Most ridiculous service. I placed an order at 6:00 PM. The order was for Curbside pick up. I got to the store at 6:45 and Called to let them know that I was out side. No one picked up and I noticed there were lot of people inside the store. I went inside and informed the guy that I was there to pick up the order and provided my name. He said I will be right back. There were 12 people waiting inside. I asked one of the customers waiting inside and he said he has been there since 45 min. After about 5 min. the employee comes to front and I showed him the app to tell him that it says the order is ready can you just look in the oven to let me know if my order is ready? Without saying anything he went back again for another 10 minutes. Other customers were also loosing their patience by now and the employee came in front again and I requested to just tell me if my order is ready or not so I can just go to Domino's His response was " You can go" No apology, no explanation of why order is no
