Great customer service love the Italian beef great and pizza don't like the chicken and I haven't had anything else but I'm pretty sure it's good I just don't like party wings

Haven’t been there in a couple years due to Covid. First time back in approximately two years. Quality is not the same The beef looked like shriveled, shredded mush. My order was made as a carry out order. I said for here when he asked. So after waiting for 15 minutes. Walk up to the counter and was asking about my order. He pulls it out of the hot box thing puts that same food in a basket and hands it over. It was inedible to say the least. Before Covid I ate here at least once a week for many years.
