Customer of 10+ years. Things have gotten so bad i am done. Wrong orders, Cold Food, and Slow delivery. We give good tips to drivers but the delivery fee has gone way up, it is now at About $4 per order. We only live about a mile from our location. They offer credits when you get a bad order and then don't honor those credits. Ask for refund? They say absolutely and apologize then never actually do the refund! Think twice before you order! I order for delivery, I forgot to tell them I was paying with $100 and not only that the driver said he wanted 10 mins. Now they claim they won't deliver at my address. But I'm good because they not the only one that deliver and much cheaper with better food. I called and tried to talk but still holding a grudge, after two tears..

The pizza deilvery was okay but some idiot cut me out when I wias making a n order on delivery but other wise the service nice
