The food here was flavorful. I loved the option of. Pisco flights. They were definitely a unique touch and a good value. Most of my party loved their food. My partner and I got two different shrimp dishes and they did a great job not overcooking the shrimp. It was cooked perfectly. The rice was a little undercooked but we’d ordered quite a few starters for the table so it didn’t much bother me to do without it. The seafood was fresh and the decor was nice. The staff was friendly and accommodating as well.
Love love love! The prix fixe brunch menu is such a great deal, and honestly, we only made it through 1.5 courses before we were too full to finish. We also opted for bottomless, and especially loved the white sangria.
I was in DC on business and this restaurant happened to be a short walk from my hotel so I decided to drop by to check it out. I was fortunate to snag a seat at the bar at the height of what seemed to be their evening rush and was absolutely delighted by the ambiance, decor, and lively buzz that circled about the restaurant and the bartender was quick to bring me some water, take my drink order, and hand me a menu. I ordered a Pisco sour and a few different appetizers to sample the various offerings and was absolutely blown away! I am a native of Peru and travel back often to visit my family so I know great Peruvian food when I find it and Pisco y Nazca will certainly be on my list for the next time I find myself back in DC!
