UPDATE: Went back for breakfast to give it another try and wow was it a different experience. We were waited on within minutes and the food was phenomenal! Great job Piper team. Not understaffed but horrible service. We waited for more that twenty minutes before my husband went to the hostess to see if the wait staff knew we were seated. She assured us that the waitress knew we were seated. As he was visiting with the hostess another member of staff chose to walk between the conversation and bump my husband. Needless to say I have no idea how the food is because we walked out and enjoyed a delicious meal elsewhere.

Having had breakfast here twice I can say the environment is A+ but food is lacking. Fried eggs are at best Denny’s grade, unsalted, lacking flavor from oil or butter. Coffee is served slightly lukewarm. When it’s possible the $40/pp buffet is a better value than a la carte eggs, it may be time to questioning your life choices.

My husband and I had date night at The Pass inside Piper. It's a pasta bar, but the pasta is not necessarily Italian. They have a different theme each week and the chefs prepare the food right behind the bar. Our food was amazing! The chefs are so engaging and informative. It was an incredible experience for a date night, but I want to come back with friends because I can't stop talking about what a great time I had. Don't be turned off by the set menu, you can always tell the chefs what you don't like and they will do their best to accommodate you!
