One of the few remaining, and loved, OG Italian delis and attached family restaurants in the area. Line up and wait to place and receive your order. Either takeout or dine in, it's the same line. For me, there is no wrong answer. This time it was lasagne. Look at that tablecloth!
It's a Burbank institution. Great for famies and anyone on a budget. Honestly, it's fine for what it is. Low cost, no frills food. Portions are large and prices reasonable. But, you get what you pay for. We had lasagna with meat sauce and added a meatball. Sauce was super watery and nothing was particularly special about the taste of the food. Just basic fare - good but nothing special. With many options to choose, it can be a little overwhelming. Service is friendly but a little rushed at the counter. Beer and wine (cheap boxed) available. Super ample bottle selection of wines that I assume you can purchase for dine-in. Fountain and bottled soft drinks.
