I paid an ordered a cake for a special occasion and when I went to pick it up they tried to give me a different cake. Then I was told my cake was damaged and instead of letting me know, they thought I wouldn't notice. I didn't receive an apology from the manager for the inconvenience. We ended up going somewhere else last minute for a cake. Besides them drastically raising their prices they have terrible customer service.
Would rate 0 stars. I have ordered the Cuban, Cuban mini and media noche and no pork every time. This place is trash when you basically pay for a Cuban and get a ham sandwich.
My husband and I were hungry late at night (10:30pm) and everything was either closed, about to close or 45 min to 1hr., wait time. We stumbled at this location and found that they were open 24 hrs. Ordered a pastel de Guayaba & Cheese, croquetas, papa rellena and a Cuban Sandwich... everything was delicious and the staff was awesome! I highly recommend this place specially if you are up until late. I will be coming here from now on. Enjoy!
