PINCHO (Pincho Factory)

A really clean place, good place to eat. It was shocking the mix between Mexican elements plus kebabs and burgers. But some how it works really well. Order a steak kebab the price was ok and the plate is good size but the protein could be a little more. Other than that everything was wonderful.

I give this place only 3 stars for 2 reasons. The food we GOT, was good. However, we got home to find out that they had not put my daughters French fries in the bag. They don’t deliver so I had to go back and get them. They gave us a free order of fries for the trouble. However, we learned that the fries are not good. So we ended up not eating any of them anyway. It was a lot of trouble for nothing. It was our first time, otherwise we wouldn’t have ordered any fries, or to at least known better than to make the effort to go back for them and would have requested a refund instead. The 3 stars are because the rest of the food WAS good. My daughter even wanted to go back again the following week. She got the chicken sandwich again, but without the fries.

Young man was super sweet and professional!! Food was fantastic!! Don't know why I waited so long to come!! Had sweet potatoe tots that were delicious!! Not greasy or salty!! Veggie burger was also delicious ????
