Noah is a great bartender and good food.
Our 1st trip to see the Chiefs game on 9-7-19 thru 9-9-19. Our stay at the Lexington Hotel was a good one. However, our service at PIER 1515 restaurant was horrible. The food was cold, I waited 30 minutes for a coffee refill. The waitress was so unorganized I couldn’t tell if she was working or on break. We asked her for some things (cheese, butter, cream etc.) and Some of the food that was ordered was forgotten ????. There was only one staff member in the restaurant Until about 9am. By that time the restaurant was full. Management should be more involved with their employees and a little teamwork would be nice. If they continue with this derive they will be out of business just like the waterfront stores on the strip.
