Maybe 3 times now where an hour before close, they want me gone and are insistent First time was with a manager who stopped me at the door and asked if I /really/ wanted to dine in, am I suuure? (they close in an hour) Yes? I do? Most recent time, an hour before close, I say it's for here and the guy gives me a funny look - says they like to close up early, 9pm if they can, but I can eat outside Super annoying
Go to another pieology location. I remember why I hadn't been to this store in a long time. The service was so slow and unprofessional. There was no one else in the store, and it took them over 10 min to even start my order. Seemed unfriendly people at the front. I should've just said no thank you and left while I was struggling to get them to help me with the pizza. Need to block this location from my maps so I never come again for good this time. I don't know how it has "decent" reviews ???? when it's not good service. ????
Bad customer experience. Last evening, after I questioned a waiter about the cauliflower crust, which was a leftover and weird shape, he still gave it to me. And then, the pizza got stuck in the oven, couldn't make it successfully. Wondering why the waiter doesn't have a professional service?! Isn't it a common sense that an unshaped crust is not able to get well and even heat when it's in the oven and also it causes the stuck as well?! Wish Pieology hires more good and professional employees!
