great place for fast casual Chinese food. the service is always very friendly and food is tasty. outside seating area is great when it's sunny out. Update 5/23/2021 : the outdoor seating has turned into a homeless hotel with needle casings, trash and cardboard beds left for diners to contend with. Please clean this up as the stench of urine makes this once nice spot unbearable.
I went into the Placentia pick up Stix October 16 I had the same experience the last time the bourbon chicken they dried out so bad it’s horrible the rice was kind of tasteless my friend got chow mein had no flavor got the tofu over cooked and flavorless what is wrong with this place
Very disappointed with the cashier's service. First time i thought (mmm she might be on her PMS) Came back today 11/20/22 @ 12:56 cashiers attitude & service is very bad ???? I work in customers service so i know what a customers service responsibility/job is and this lady my gooooodness the WORST.
