As a former piada employee I can tell you the standard has went down. Line not stocked. Trying to close the line down and clean at 8:30… leaving food items empty. Salmon looked terrible as one of the most expensive proteins on the menu. No lemon pepper on them and also not fired fresh. Grill must be having some issues. Manager and front line staff had good attitude and customer service. Only saving grace. However, If you want better food take the drive out to the Bexley location. GM Kevin does an amazing job with his store. ????
Manager TERRY said he was the manager. Very rude in all type of ways. Does not need to be a manager with no customer service at all. The questions I was asking he was giving me an attitude with a rude answer. I told him he was being rude ; he was trying to hung up the phone told him I was not done talking; he said he was done talking and hung up on me. One star because there is a “no star” option. Unbelievable this person is titled a “manager”
Every single time I come this Piada it's a mess and customer service is HORRIBLE. I don't ever get a simple greeting to start. It's the closest to me but tonight was my last time going. It's never clean, they tend to be lazy and lackadaisical to the point I just don't want them handling my food. This is literally how it is every time go. They even locked the doors twice before it was closing time before. The last thing I heard as I was leaving out was “I don’t get paid enough” from the lady with blonde hair and glasses cooking the meat and sauces. I don’t maybe Piada needs to pair more for people to simple say hello and clean up around the actual food.
