I enjoy Piada but the service has gone down hill & wait times are very inconvenient. Not the staff's fault but I'm sure they could hire more people to work if they paid a decent wage based on location. The food is always fabulous unless you order the chicken which is hit or miss but when it's good its good!
My 12 year old daughter says: this restaurant is the BEST!! My favorite part is that you can get a make your own pasta! So I got to pick exactly what I wanted! There was also water and drinks there, I was very thirsty so that was great! Kid-friendliness: Each of my kids got to pick exactly what they wanted in a make-your-own. My 7 and 12 year olds said that the marinara was spicy, but not too much that they liked it
Not the best service, but not terrible. Food was not super fresh, and the line needed to be wiped down. Our food was prepared in a very careless manner, and was not to the standards I would have expected or have experienced in the past at this location. My noodles were dried out from sitting, and so was my sausage. My kids meals at least were fresher as they needed to make more pene noodles as they were out. Was it eatable, sure. Was it worth the money, eh.. maybe not. Will I come back here, probably not for a while.
