Piada Italian Street Food

I’ve seen the place a few year and finally stopped. They’ seem to be a franchise that termed Italian street food. Had the carbonara with chicken and the Caesar salad with chicken. Both were very good can’t wait to go back and try some of their other menu items. Quick service healthy options. Nice setting.

The Mockingbird location is better - they put it in a meta bowl and mix everything up. This location put spoons of sauce in one little spot so you eat bare noodles all except for the one spot the spoonful is.

Food always tastes good. However, the last three times I have been the wait has been very long. They are just understaffed it seems. I would advise against ordering “curbside delivery” on the website. I arrived when the email said my food would be ready and clicked the prompt in my email to let them know I had arrived. I waited in my car for a good 15 minutes, and eventually had to call them, and it seemed like they weren’t even aware of my order. When I went yesterday they only had 3 people working and it took 45 minutes to get through the line. They only had one person assembling food and she was doing a great job, but they are just short staffed and the food isn’t really worth the wait and the price.
