Very crazy trying to make all the orders. People working were doing multiple orders at a time and could barely spare the time to look at you. My piada somehow got mixed up with someone else's because they weren't keeping clear divisions between the orders. Thankfully I dined in so I could let them know. They didn't apologize for the mistake but at least remade it for me.
Quality has gone way down in the past few months. No care is given to the food, and the place is very dirty. They also seem understaffed as everyone is always rushing and throwing things together. I used to come here a lot, but I don't think I will anymore unless there's a BIG change in management style.
We went here for dinner. Not a long line got our food pretty quick. Place was had no one dinning in except for us, it was Sun. around 5p. Service was good, food was good.
