Phyre Brewery and Tavern Pinup Speakeasy”

We visited today for the first time and we were honesty disappointed. Our bill was over 200 for 4 of us, 2 shared one plate and us with our dinner. Unfortunately, either too salty or no flavor at all. We just moved to st cloud area and we are giving a shot to all local restaurants but it wasn’t what we expected for the price we paid We provided the feedback on a post of fb and it seems that the response was that the prices are high because everything has skyrocketed, and we understand and do not mind paying a pretty penny is the food is worth it but it just wasn’t good at all ???? we also advised our server but it didn’t seem to care much about it.

We finally made it out for a date night with friends and we were immediately impressed with the decoration and vibe as we walked in. Our waiter was an older man with a rugged classy look to him. Our husband's immediately asked him for his whiskey recommendation and boy was he right! Smoked in maple, the whiskey was amazing enough to order twice. The waiter was honestly delightful and hilarious! We started with the bruschetta and it was good but it wasn't fully toasted. The heaviness of the ingredients made the bread a soggy in the middle. The candy bacon was 100% worth the hype. You absolutely have to try it. It's thick glazed bacon. The grilled chicken came with spiral noodles, which are my absolutely least favorite. It's difficult for the sauce to hold on to those type of noodles so naturally it comes off a little dry. The ribeye and scallops were the better choice. The loaded mashed potatoes were 100% worth it and so filling, and my friend who ordered the asparagus with his, & raved

Harley was the best ! The food here is always spot on and the cocktails are superb. I recommend the Reaper Wings. I know it’s non conventional to have blue cheese crumbles and fruit on wings, but trust me, just eat it the way it comes and you won’t be disappointed. I also really enjoyed the French Empress cocktail. It was quite refreshing with the right amount of kick. The servers as a whole are very friendly and talkative BUT can also take a hint if you’d like to have a more quiet evening. Aka, they’re very professional. We’re personally talkative so we enjoyed some nice conversations with them at closing time.
