We randomly ordered pho and Bamn Mi from here , food is actually delicious and well packed . We tired 50+ pho placed over north and south California and this pho is beyond our expectation Crispy noodle with shrimp and chicken is very satisfying too. Very authentic place

There was a FLY PACKAGED IN OUR SOUP!!! Absolutely disgusting, we were already skeptical/hopeful that our order wouldn’t be messed up due to other bad reviews and this place definitely let us down. It was a last minute decision to order from this shop for dinner and now we can’t even eat. Everyone is disgusted. Between reading other reviews about witnessing dirty utensils in their shop and possibly contracting Covid- and now the FLY in our soup, I highly suggest you STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Money and appetite down the drain. Pho Tho needs a reevaluation from the Riverside Health department because they are clearly not operating up to basic standards.

I just moved to the area and had a craving for Pho…We came here because of the reviews, but I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such rude service at any place compared to this restaurant. There was 8 of us (including 4 children). We all ordered something and after eating some of our dishes my mother asked if she could have a little bit more broth to finish her bowl of Pho. The male server mentioned that it would be an extra charge of $4.95. We were shocked, but respectfully declined the additional broth. When he returned to pick up some empty dishes, my friend asked why they charged that much, she was genuinely curious and was not rude at all about it. He replied back in the rudest way possible, almost yelling at us, to explain that they cook the broth for 8 hours and they don’t give away free broth.
