Pho was a very beefy soup base. The noddles was not water down taste perfect with the soup base, the meat was very tender A+++ would recommend if someone wants to try Redbo.

There’s a lot of competition for Pho in the area. We have tried them all. Pho Little Saigon is the one place with consistent quality. Pho is always excellent. During the pandemic we were ordering out at least twice a week. Best comfort food you could find. Seems the name has change so I assume It’s been bought out. Hope the new owners can maintain the quality.
