I’ve enjoyed takeout from this restaurant about a dozen time in the last six months and look forward to enjoying many more meals from here. My favorite items on the menu are vegetarian Pho and vegetarian vermicelli. Veggies are super crunchy, very fresh and expertly prepared. The Pho broth is very flavorful, but not too salty- just right! It’s evident that there is a lot of love and pride put in this restaurant’s beautifully prepared food.
I really like how fresh the pho here. Always good and my kids love it too! My favorite part is the service. The owner and Chef Bubba is so generous and he always welcome us with a smile and recommends what to get for the kids. Highly recommend!
I had the best pho tonight at Pho Minh & Grill. Chef Bobby is amazing with the unique flavors he sets in front of you and everyone working there makes you feel like family. I will tell everyone I know to hurry there and be ready to taste some wonderful dishes.
