Pho Lavie

We just moved to the area and are so happy to find this very nice Vietnamese restaurant. I've craved Banh Mi's ever since we went to Vietnam and was excited to find this place less than a mile from us. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. The prices are reasonable. I would just recommend to them to play some Vietnamese music or something. This will be a restaurant that we frequent.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! RUDEST AND DISRESPECTFUL WAITRESS EVER!!!! We have been coming to this restaurant for the last 3 years and my husband and i moved from California where we first try pho years ago, it’s our go for Vietnamese food so we know how the meat texture/taste should be. Today we came back after few months and had the usual pho Thai, as I was digging in my bowl the meat had a soft texture and horrible taste/smell , I throw it out of my mouth and when i touch it with my fingers was like a paste, started digging and taking meat out of the bowl and the same, it was rotten meat. I call the server and she played dumb, asked her to call for her husband who’s the owner and the one at the kitchen and she said he was busy (there were only us and a Vietnamese lady at another table) she turned her back and ignores us. I waited and after a long 20 min he finally came didn’t wanna recognized what was in front of him just saying all the time it was the same meat, meantime his wif

Went to this place 2 years back and loved it. Sadly. I can't say that anymore. Service: Waitress was friendly, but service below par. The restaurant was less than 50^ full, but she did not know what entrees were available or not. They were also short on beef for few entrees. We had to call her multiple times to get more water. The busing lady was loud and obnoxious. At first, i thought she was talking loudly through her bluetooth; however, she kept talking in Loudly in Vietnamese. Entrees: - Summer roll apletizer was delicious - Steak and beef brisket pho was the only entree with a decent flavor. - Seafood noodles were bland. - Vermicelli with beef which was average. The waitress didn't even bother to pack pho leftovers properly. The plastic bag was full of broth. Never going back to this place again.
