Definitely the best pho spot in all of Concord California. The soup is authentic and is not watered down also the condiments are fresh. They make sure you doing good or need anything ,unlike most places they don't. Definitely will be back for more whenever I'm in the area or just need some good pho.
I like it, it's a casual place for nice comforting Pho, quick service, price reasonable, very kind servers, my daughter love the shirts appetizer.
We love Kevin's. We've been going here for over 7 years and they've never failed us. Everything on the menu is delicious, the service is great and the Durian shake is a wonderful way to end your meal!!
