PHO CHANG THAI

We ate in in this place. Service was prompt and very pleasant. Gentleman server was very nice. The whole place is brand new, so everything is clean. One of the dishes we had was beef Phó. Broth didn’t have much spices in it and noodles were very very overcooked. I wouldn’t come here exclusively for Phó. I got a green salmon curry with avocado. They touted it as one of their house specials. It was served on a flat plate so that was the first issue, very hard to eat a curry off of a flat plate. No way to scoop it up with a spoon at all. The salmon was extremely over cooked, I had to drink it down with water so it wouldn’t get stuck in my throat, well past flakey and tender which it should be. Overall, I will probably come back here and give it another chance.

Decided to try this new restaurant out, my partner & I both got pad Thai. It’s very delicious!! And big portions. Much better than the thai restaurant nearby. Man taking our order was kind & friendly. Dining area is huge, great place for big dinner parties! Only thing I did not like was that there was no music playing so it was very quiet inside. Also seemed like most people in there were getting take out, maybe should make a section where take out customers can wait to not take up all the dining tables!
