It's not the best in town but still very good. If I don't want to go far from my house and in the mood for Pho this is the place to go. The shrimp rolls are good with the Peanut sauce. Best is the egg rolls with the sweet chili sauce. There is a good selection of Pho to choose from. Dine in: Yes Takeout: Yes … More
My first experience with doing takeaway from here was disappointing. They didn't even provide all the ingredients for the single bowl of pho we got. I understand they're busy on Sunday but it is already a bad experience to wait extra long for to go orders due to dine in customers that just arrived getting first priority even though we ordered food way first than them. The old man brought our food out at the end and didn't even say a word to us. He just put it behind the counter and walked away. It was very slow to get a order of 1 large pho that looked too small to be a large! Barely any meat compared to the el cajon blvd location. Didn't even come with the usual pho condiments and herbs like bean sprouts, lime and sauce packets. And why did a table that arrived like 10 minutes after us get their eggrolls first. All we orderd was 1 pho, 1 order of eggrolls and 3 extra sides of meats for $31.
When the person taking order cannot understand well and he just hang up. Called multiple times and never answered the phone. Employees need more training. When you asked if you can speak to a manager, the person seemed very confused. This restaurant needed alot of communication skills
