Pho Bamboo Restaurant

First time trying this establishment and it was delicious. The prices are a little higher than other Pho restaurants I've had though. It's very clean and the staff is very friendly. I had the shrimp spring rolls which the veggies tasted fresh and crispy and the peanut sauce flavor was a good mix of sweet and a hint of spice heat. I also had the Vietnamese egg rolls and they were crispy and delicious as well. I ordered their well done beef Pho which was the brisket and the beef was tender and juicy and not dry like other places, the broth was flavorful, not bland and watery or oily like other places I've had. I would definitely go back to either have the same dishes or definitely try their other dishes. Update 10/15/22: Came back recently for dinner and still ordered the shrimp spring rolls and fried egg rolls and they were still delightful and consistent. The food was really good. I just wish I didn't order the Thai tea at a Vietnamese restaurant. 1 of 5 stars. Lol. My mistake maybe but it was worth making this a 4 star place instead of 5. Yes that bad. The combo fried rice with chicken and bbq pork (my custom order) was really good. The meats were very well marinated. And overall taste was 5 of 5. The vegetable pho was really good. Even without meat. 5 of 5. Overall 4 of 5 stars. The food was good. Drink was whack.

I heard that this place opened up not too long ago! So I had to try it out for myself! The food was very flavorful and I could tell that the dishes were made with a lot of thought put into it! Neither my husband and I could finish the plates because the portions are huge! We came close to closing time and we were a little nervous if we’d be served quality food, but I was blown away by the service and freshness of the food! Definitely will be returning again! The staff is attentive and kind kind! The menu is expensive so there’s a lot of options to choose from! We had the large brisket pho, the M1 with combination, the fried egg rolls and the shrimp/pork spring rolls.
