Pho Bac Súp Shop

Great taste of southern Vietnamese pho in a modern and lively location. Broth was light, sweet, and savory. The ribs were tender and fell right off the bone. The tamarind chicken wings were also tender and juicy. Portions were generous and service was excellent. Would definitely consider this a great stop for Pho!

Before I went there I google this place and saw they have high rating so I am very excited to try this place. When we got there our server seated us quickly. He got our drinks and order. We want to try there famous beef rib pho. It looked delicious. The broth is clear and tasted delicious by itself. There price is on the high side ($18 for the beef rib) but the herbs they gave us for 2 bowls of large pho are too little, especially how they cut the lime, so tiny. One thing that I did not like is that they did not use siracha as the hot sauce we use to eat with the pho here. They used different brands and it tasted more sourer. I was so regret after put the sauces in to my pho to realize that I dont like that taste. And they are always busy so you know that their mentality is that they dont care if you eat there. Service is not great.

The Pho Bo and the Pho with ribs were delicious! Service was ok. I tried to be friendly with the waiter when he brought us our food but he just ignore us. What surprised me the most was that they have tip options from 18 to 30. Something I didn't like is that the restrooms were super super dirty both of them had lots of toilet paper on the foor and the sink was super wet and dirty.
