This pho restaurant is good but location is in an old area near downtown. The broth is good but I had better pho. The noodle was a little disappointed because it breaks into pieces.The service was another story, this is the first time of my life a server told me what a service charge was. I think our server worried that we might not leave a tip for him.If you are doing a good service, than you should get a good tip period. If your customer service sucks, don’t expect good tips. I have run a restaurant and owned a restaurant over 20 years and that is the expectation. Very disappointed with the service tonight and I rarely leave negative reviews because it will hurt a business.
Service was a little slow but I didn't mind too much because I had nowhere to go and I'm not particularly a fan of somebody coming up every couple minutes to check on me. My first time here the food was absolutely amazing appealing to the eye and the stomach. I'll definitely be coming back!
I’m a pho lover! Tried this one for the first time and it was good! The service is very efficient and the place itself is nice!
