Pho 4ever

Place was clean and upscale by Midtown Memphis standards. Service was quick and courteous. Ordered vermicelli w/ pork, sausage, egg roll: pork was chewy and pretty bland, lacked grill char; sausage was mild and moist; egg rolls were like cardboard in taste and texture; fish sauce dressing was watered down to nothing; mung sprouts were more at brown than white; chopped lettuce was wilted and some bites had a taste of raw fish, more like herring, definitely not fish sauce. Maybe they cut it on the same board as some raw fish. It was a revolting flavor. It's a nice place, but I would not go back on account of the quality of what was served.

Great experience! First day - literally!! (I left a review opening day, on Yelp, since the restaurant wasn’t showing on Google yet). This Vietnamese restaurant just opened and they are so delicious! I wish I could’ve ordered more but we will certainly be back again and again and again. They are located near the Jerry’s sno-cones in Cordova. Very friendly staff and attentive too. We started off with a Thai tea, which was made fresh. Their Pork and Shrimp spring rolls were also made fresh. Their peanut sauce was delicious and so unique! We couldn’t quite place what made it so different, but it was so good. Unfortunately we ate the spring rolls so quick that I forgot to snap a pic. Their Pho comes in 2 sizes, small and large. Although the price is just $1-$2 more than other places, their quality and quantity made up for it. We had the pho Thai and Pho Thai Nam Gan; the broth was amazing! Comes with all the fixins’ and cilantro (my fav) but can be left out if requested. Their was sooo much
