Phill Me Up Cheesesteaks

Got the MVP which tasted great! Sadly, as most Phillys do, the bread fell apart shortly after I started eating and all the filling fell out. The meat may have been a little over salted but that's just my own preference. The food was prepared pretty quickly roughly 10-15 mins and I went at prime lunch time noon on a Sunday. Overall I would come back here again to try another cheesesteak. That aside like all the other restaurants within the collective, they only take card so don't come up trying to pay with cash.

When i saw the philly it looked AMAZING i have never seen a more delicious looking philly, it had plenty of onions and green bellpeppers so i expected it to taste amazing but i found the flavor overall kind of bland. I dont think they even used salt and pepper. It wasn't bad just unseasoned and disappointing compared to the presentation. (I don't have covid or anything because i can taste everything just fine)

Note that Phill Me Up is inside of the Collective building and has no exterior signage to indicate it. The food and the atmosphere were great, but the time to prepare my order was a bit of a letdown. Despite not being very busy at the time, it still took over 20 minutes to actually have the food ready. Certainly worth eating at as long as the Collective is your destination, which it definitely should be - getting your food to go from such a fresh and unique food court location would be a waste.
