Phenomenal Ribs

The turkey tips were suuuuuper dry!! I go out searching for turkey tips and these are THEEE dryest in Northwest Indiana. Their tips are made with the white meat vs the dark and you can NOT overcook tips made with white meat. The flavor was on point, but they were too dry. I always request the sauce on the side because I like to taste the authenticity of the meat. I am glad because the sauce was like eating straight sugar. They do make their fries fresh and they are homecut with the skin. I may not be back. Only time will tell.

I called a day in advance to have my order picked up at a certain time !I drove 40 mins only to be asked to wait another 30 to 45 minutes , ruined my Mothers Day surprise for my wife and mother ! No rain check and or even an apology!! Unsatisfied customer, Rev. lane from Michigan City!!

Well I was passing thru this Sunday afternoon and I had a STRONG urge to find me some RIB TIPS .. About 4 years ago I tried some in the Chicago land area and became ADDICTED . Fast forward to today GOOGLE maps showed me that there was a BBQ place right down the road from the truck stops in Lake Station INdiana and I be Damed they sell rib tips . I noticed I could get in there with a Semi Truck so I exited on my way to PHENOMENAL RIBS !!!! Well unfortunately they were sold out being its 30 min before close on a sunday evening but the owner KENDALL suggested a slab of ribs . Well ribs it is then . To my surprise the ribs were absolutely" PHENOMENAL ". I DIDNT EVEN LEAVE THE PARKING LOT BEFORE I DEVOURED EACH ONE .. The only thing I can say is get the sauce on the side . Some places cover up bad cooking with sauce HOWEVER this meat needs NONE NOT 1 DROP the meat is delicious . I dobt know how the rest of the menu taste but judging by the ribs Im sure you will be pleased. So if your in t
