Since they reopened, the food quality has jumped up quite a bit. My pho had just the right amount of meat in it, at least compared to every other place we have been in the west valley. I could have gone for just a little more meat in the vermicelli I had on our second visit, but if both cases the prices were very reasonable. What's the point of getting more meat at a higher price some place where I don't even like the food? The service wasn't good or bad, but we got our food in a timely manner. It's not some place you might go for a special occasion, but if you're hungry for good Vietnamese food in the west valley, this is the place I recommend. Vegetarian options: Most dishes can be made vegetarian and some are offered that way on the menu. I don't think there was a veggie pho, but I also don't think that's a real thing, being a meat broth, and all. Can't speak for whether anything is vegan, but they can't even be near meat, right? Wow. Of you like avocados like i do they are on season here. Big as a grapefruit . Please save me another before they are gone.
