Laid back atmosphere (but quick and timely service), friendly staff, clean place, and best of all: Delicious food. ????
Tried this place out due to the amazing reviews. I’ve had many different pho places around Texas and was excited to try this one! Walking in, the atmosphere was great. Greeted and got to sit where I like. Didn’t like how they didn’t have booths but that’s fine. The service was decent but definitely slow. I would say it was because they’re short staffed but it was just me with one other person in the restaurant. The p16 chicken pho was a 3/10. Broth was alright but odd.. it had a weird taste to it that I couldn’t put my finger on but it made it taste off. Also, the chicken was really dry. Guessing it was over cooked. Made it less enjoyable. Added all my veggies and hoisin & Sriracha and it made it decent. I don’t think I’d come back… swing and a miss!
Ordered Uber eats. Milk tea was good. Soup was ok. Broth was kinda luke warm, but it's delivery, so that's probably not the restaurants fault. BUT THE FRIED RICE. I got my one yr old the chicken fried rice and it's probably the top three best fried rices I've had. It might be the best. Typically fried rice is meh for me, but this stuff is fabulous. I wish I would have got fried rice instead of soup. It was definitely a pleasant surprise.
