I am writing this right after eating here. The pho is good. Service is excellent and the restrooms are clean.
This is the best Pho in Oc but service too slow ????, place need to be more Clean inside and out. Main Glass Doors ???? need to wipe out, restroom ???? as well. they need to focus more on cleaning up the inside and out building.
I got the egg roll and vermicelli bowl. Egg rolls were crispy but a little dense. Fish sauce could've been a little for flavorful too. We also got the pho and like the other reviews say, not a lot of meat on top. But the staff were really friendly and didn't put pressure on us when it was closing time (which is early btw, 8:30 as of this writing).
