It saddens me to give PFChangs ST. one. Overall I love this place. I love the food. But the service put me off so bad, I waited over an hour for takeout. In the end, I ended up getting no food because I had to get a refund because it took over an hour. The refund process to get my money back still took 10 minutes because the manager would not come out to the desk because he was apparently so busy. He could not help a customer that was not being disgruntled but needed service by a manager, which he would not provide.
We had a great time. Jalissa was awesome ????. She took special care and set the table very nicely and took special attention to our cooktail drinks. We are a picky crowd and she nailed it! We had a great time.
I have always loved PF Chang’s. I ordered Mongolian beef and also rib and pineapple rice. The Mongolian beef bowl was great, just fyi the rice is not sticky rice but great nonetheless. The pineapple rice was very tangy and the ribs was dry. Nancy was our waiter and she was amazing!
