We ate at P.F. Changs on a Wed evening. Not very crowded and nice atmosphere. However, it was a bit disappointing! My sweet and sour chicken dish was very bland. It tasted like there was some sweet and sour sauce poured over plain white chicken with no real flavor! We even paid extra and got the fried rice to go with it, but that was just okay. Portions were acceptable, though, and we did get full. My husband got the shrimp with lobster sauce and said it was tasty, but when I tried it, I did not like it, and I am a shrimp fan! I did enjoy the appetizer we got, the vegetable spring egg rolls, and the way they were presented open face was nice. Overall, I don't think it was worth the price. In fact, Pei Wei has tastier chicken dishes, in my opinion!
Not enough staff during peak hours . Might be 1/4 filled but still you wait to be seated over 30 minutes . Then after being seated it takes 15 minutes before your server comes to take your drink order. If you are wanting PF Changs I suggest you drive the distance to the Grapevine location. Always packed but always great services.
Absolutely love the decor, ambiance and food. Our server Austin was on top of it!! He cleaned up after each course and had drinks ready right when we needed it! Definitely not a rookie at serving. Made us feel like we were fine dining at a Mechlin restaurant.
