Never knew this place existed until today, but it was a surprisingly good find. Amazing service, fantastic food, and intimate space. Priced similarly to other downtown boutique restaurants. I tried the meatball sandwich, and was floored by how well it stayed in place and tasted. My friend grabbed Nick's Current Favorite pizza and it was also an amazing choice. We will come back!

Let's be honest... it's hard to screw up a pizza. Most of us will eat cheap pizza and leave with a happy belly so what makes an amazing pizza? I hope to find out over the next few weeks ???? I recently had a chance to stop by @peytonspieco in Flowery Branch which isn't far from where I live. It's located in the little downtown area across the railroad tracks, and although the area can get busy, it is a nice and quiet area. I ordered the LOTS OF CHEESE pizza which has fresh mozzarella with smoked gouda, shredded mozzarella, parmessan, and basil. The crust and dough on this pizza was incredible but the pizza was unfortunately way too floppy and I didn't get any of the cheese taste I was hoping for ???? And yeeesss yes, before you come at me, I do know how to eat a pizza ???? I definitely see how this pizza has potential but it just lacked that flavor I needed for me to say it's awesome. The place was a miss for us because of the pizza! The pizza, well, we barely could eat it because all of the toppings even including the marinara,cheese, and toppings continually fell off! Didn’t matter if we were eating it with our hands, cutting it with a fork, or using the spatula to lift it onto our plate-the toppings kept falling off! Since this was our first time, I asked the waitress if this was normal. She stated the pizza gets really sweaty in the wood burning oven which causes the dough to get “limp” (her exact words). She stated next time we need to order it “well done” to combat this issue. I do see some other reviews about the floppy/limp pizza as well. The wings with Alabama white sauce were big and yummy! It came with an order of 8 which was very generous! Service was fine. Atmosphere is nice. The place is smaller than I expected. We went on august 27th at dinner time when the outside temp is 82 degrees and it was hot in the restaurant. The table next to use brought a h
