Had a late dinner approximately 840pm; salmon, green beans and broccoli. Food was usual. I wished the server would have stopped by to refill my drink during my meal. I did catch sight of her and waved her down for a refill. She brought it to me in a to-go-cup (without me asking for this type of cup) and my check. Just as well, I suppose, I was pretty well finished eating. Not sure if this is lack of service is usual for this time of night... but I was too tired to fuss about it. I probably won't return for a meal this late in the evening again.
My husband and I have gone to Perkins three weekends out of this last month and every time we've had great food, and really good service. The first waitress we had was a little better than the one from today but hey we all can't be perfect. Love their biscuits and gravy and my husband always gets the country skillet I'm pretty sure that's what it's called. Not sure how other Perkins are but I know the one here in Bradenton is great!
I came here with my daughter for lunch on Saturday (9/17/22). I wasn’t really hungry so ordered a garden salad with grilled chicken added for an additional $1.29. Their idea of grilled chicken is canned chicken warmed up for about 30 seconds in the microwave. My daughter’s fries were rock hard solid. When our drinks were served, my daughter had a hair on her straw, the waitress was nice and gave her a new one, which also had a hair on it. This was the first and last time coming here.
