The staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable in speaking about their menu and business. They were accommodating and kind. The food was fresh and tasty! The atmosphere was comfortable, quiet, and welcoming. Would recommend :)
Love that Kira has put together a wonderful meal prep company. She has extensive background in culinary arts. After her own person weight loss transformation journey she choose to use her skill to help others to help others eat more nutritiously! Give it a try, you will not be disappointed! I teach nutrition classes locally and Perfect Plate is on my list of resources for my participants!
I work downtown and love to go here for lunch. The paninis are so yummy! I love the variety they offer too, if I'm not in the mood for a sandwich I grab a meal from their fridge and warm it up for a quick easy lunch. Plus they have great pastries and great lattes too!
