Pepe's Pizza

EVERY TIME a certain individual is working my pizza comes out WRONG. I like the pizza it's the employee who gets the order wrong and he is the manager. I have been told a Super Supreme does not come w Ham. Does that make any sense?

Ordered Cheese sticks, 2 cannolis, gyro sub, 2 sodas, and a shrimp scampi which came to $44 with a %15 tip. I am in the service industry and fully understand the workings of a restaurant especially in the to go area. I get my order after 80 minutes (which I understand they are busy), but I didn't receive the cheese sticks, and I received a cheesecake and a cannoli instead of the 2 cannolis. I call the restaurant just to let them know and see if they can at least bring the appetizer or refund me the money for the appetizer and the person on the phone tells me "I do see on your order that we did not give you the cheese sticks but honestly we are too busy right now to do anything about it. Call back in the morning" and I replied with "Really? I atleast need a refund." And then asked the employee to please write a note down so that when I call back later the manager is aware of the situation and he just hung up on me. This was my first time there and it was DELICIOUS! Cheesy, good crust and sauce, taste even better the next day.
