Penn Station East Coast Subs

Wow what a horrible experience. Placed my order on line with 2 other people in my office (because we get ½ hour for lunch) choose a pick-up time of noon. Arrived at 1203 didn't leave until 1240 . They first said they didn't know I was there even though I checked in with the cashier and they said the sandwiches were almost done. Then they were waiting on fries. For crying out loud how long does it take to make fries. Once I was able to try my food the freaking fries were mushy the sandwich was tolerable at best. They were nice enough to give me a free drink. Oh wait I paid for the drink they gave me with my online order. This was my first and last time I will ever eat at this establishment.

Review would have been better as the food was fine. The blonde I’m assuming manager who was telling the only employee I saw actually working how he was a problem for him and should just call off if he doesn’t want to work and how much of a problem he was as he didn’t make my order and barely addressed my existence really ruined it. The “not working “ employee was extremely nice and got my order after everyone else disappeared into the back leaving him to work by himself which wasn’t much of a change as he was the only one actually working. Your employee isn’t the problem you belittling the working employee in front of customers while you aren’t working is the problem.

There was a young man working tonight who was great! Hard worker and very polite!
