Penn Station East Coast Subs

I've been to this location a couple of times. The food is really good but the service is sub par. I'm not sure if they have young adults that would rather be somewhere else but they are Incredibly rude. Ive ordered the food and they're in such a rush they miss what I ordered. They also hand you your food like they'd rather just go home.

Sandwich was incorrect. The female on the phone didn't introduce herself after being told to hold on. Then when I asked to go back later in the week, she states that's not the way it works.

Ordered lunch online on the website. This was on 9/5 put it on my credit card and printed out the confirmation. I get half an hour lunch break and it took a good 10 minutes to get to the restaurant only to see a sign on the door saying closed for labor day. I called the next day to just get the meal replaced. I was rudely informed the money would be posted back to my account within a few days. I asked if I could possibly get a free item or discount for the wasted drive. She said of course not, they were not giving me anything for my troubles.. Not even an apology. Customer lost for good.
