Penn Station East Coast Subs

Been some time since I've partaken a meal at this Penn Station location. They aim to please and that they did. The cheesesteak I ordered was plentiful for the price I paid and's the flavors exquisite. Fresh cut fries had amazing flavor and the staff team was very courteous and friendly.

I ordered an original cheese steak with mushrooms, onions, mayo, mustard, lettuce and tomato with a medium fries. My sub was hot and french fries were hot & crisp. The sub was prepared as requested and quick. Over all my experience was good. The only constructive feedback I can give would to greet customers as we enter the restaurant. There was a delay in greeting me and taking my order when I entered the restaurant I waited 6 minutes before someone acknowledged me took my order although I was the only person in line.

I ordered 30 dollars worth of food and it was made wrong and they offered nothen but come back up and bring the food they screwed me on. Penn Station used to be A1 now they are worse than McDonald's.
