Food was cold and the french fries was old There was no ice for the lemonade and they were very unprofessional.
Just ordered 23+ worth of food & what appeared to be the manager scooping fries out of tray beneath the heat lamp, already cooked, old & flaccid fries were put back into basket & given to me. He puts down fresh fries & gives them to the to go orders! Penn station usually has great fries, sure was disappointed ????
The manager is always really friendly..good, quick service. I have never had an issue here.
