Three times I have ordered large orders. Twice they messed up and fixed once. They argued with me both times. Poor customer service. I ordered beef and broccoli and they sent chicken and broccoli and said "oh well." The General chicken is VERY poor quality. Barely any chicken, and extremely orange in color. They lost a customer that pays $100 or more each time for an order of Beef and Broccoli. Smh
I used to love this place... but lately they been very nasty, i made an order with 5meals and 3 of them had small hairs inside the plate, very disgusting! When i called them to complain she said that I needed to bring in the entire order so i can get it replaced. Mind you i hade it delivered, but she wanted me to bring it back.... I will never order from them again!
Menu need to be updated to new one has old price and when u order its a totally diffrent price
