We ordered 4 meals, and all of them had very small portions of chicken. They were regular sized orders not small. very disappointed.
We could not believe that Pei Wei in Weston did not have high chairs for toddlers. We ate holding our baby on our lap which was really odd. First time we encounter something like this. Secondly, we don't know what happened to the food. It seems like it has seriously been downgraded. I had the Broccoli Beef and it was subpar.
Called them once, was put on hold for an entire half hour before an automated message told me that nobody was picking up. We had to order elsewhere, and the other restaurant picked up instantly. Pei Wei's service is otherwise excellent, but when it comes to calls, they just do not care. It was 5:00 when I called, not even the busiest hour.
