Dirty tables not busy and we cleaned our own.. food quality and portions not what they used to be very disappointing experience!

I love the place ! Nice and clean . The food was amazing! The ladies who work in there are very nice and helpful , I felt very good as a tourist they were very helpful and nice , I love the tea and the service was really good .. thanks !

I was incredibly disappointed by every item ordered. Even the side salad was terrible. We ordered the family bundle. Nothing we ordered could even be eaten. When I called to get a refund I was told there was nothing he could do about it and then hung up on! Things are hard enough on people right now. My husband and I are both in the food and beverage industry we both have lost our jobs due to COVID. So when we can scrape enough money together to take him out to dinner on his birthday we would at least like to be able to eat it. No I had to feed my family peanut butter and jelly sandwiches because I threw 30 bucks down the drain ! Shame on you Pei Wei! The man on the phone treated me like I was trash looking for a hand out . I was served raw beef undercooked rice . Our lettuce wraps had a hair on dirty lettuce and you could taste the metal from the flattop it was cooked on. 28 years I have been in this industry and I have NEVER had food as bad as I did last night. I am truly saddened
