Pei Wei Asian Kitchen

The generals chicken, and the egg rolls were delicious. Kai was friendly, attentive, and professional. All the staff I dealt with were great. They kept the place clean even though some rude costumers were dropping their fortune cookies all over the floor. I work only a few minutes away and I will definitely be coming back here on my lunch breaks.

Let me start by saying if a 0 was possible I would give it! I have never, never have had such disrespectful service in my entire life and I am 57 years old and a very easy going guy. Read my other restaurant reviews. My wife and I wanted an appetizer and 2 entrees. We asked if the appetizer could come out before the entree and the employee said no. My wife gave the option of paying for the appetizer and closing that part out, then order the entrees separately so they could come out later. The cashier said "it doesn't work like that." I then asked to speak to a manager. The managers name was Caleb Williams. The manager was no help at all. I asked who his Regional Manager was and he said "I don't have a boss." I will NEVER go back to that pei Wei I would appreciate if someone other than Caleb Williams would reach out to me.

The service was ok but disorganized it took a long time to find the allergy menu. The staff knew very little about allergy related issues with the food. The staff was still nice and the service was ok. The food was horrible. It tasted like it had come from the freezer section. Not at all what Pei Wei had been in the past. Despite the allergy menu and following what to order. I still ended up having an allergic reaction. Luckily it wasn't bad since the food was inedible. We spent over $50 and couldn't eat most of what we ordered. The lettuce for my wrap was white and bitter. The soup was flavorless. The orange chicken my daughter had was like candy too sweet to eat. My husband had a dish that was supposed to be spicy and instead tasted like the inside of the fridge. We used to love Pei Wei, we won't be back.
